One platform, six components.

Analytics, EMR, billing and claims scrubber, scheduling, telemedicine, and supply chain, built to share one record and one set of rules.

Fast, because there is nothing to build or install

Custom analytics projects spend months on infrastructure before anyone sees a result. Our platform is already built and cloud-based, so the work is getting your data in and reading what it shows.

Financial and clinical

Both kinds of data, one view

Claims, billing and payments data alongside clinical, pharmacy, and lab data, loaded and analyzed together instead of in separate reports.

Nothing to install

No software, no IT project

Your team does not install or configure anything. We run the platform, and we do the loading and the analysis work.

Secure by agreement

Delivery decided together

Our team works with yours to decide the best way to provide the data securely, under the right agreements, before any protected health information moves.

Component 1

Analytics

Condition-specific, performance, and financial dashboards that bring claims, clinical, pharmacy, and lab data into one view, with built-in HEDIS and regulatory reporting. AI-assisted tools normalize the data, surface patterns, and score risk. The catalog and sample dashboards are below.

Healthcare analytics dashboard catalog

Our standard recommended set is 24 analytics modules. More are in development, additional reports are available beyond the dashboards, and we build custom dashboards around your questions. The groups below show examples. Each engagement starts with the few that answer your first question.

The list shows representative dashboards, not every one. Dashboards are configured to each organization's data and priorities.
Chronic conditionsDiabetes; chronic kidney disease; heart failure; COPD and respiratory; cardiovascular and hypertension
Growth conditionsBehavioral health; maternal health; oncology care pathways; musculoskeletal and joint; obesity and metabolic; polypharmacy; social determinants of health
PerformanceHEDIS quality; physician performance; hospital and provider performance; fraud and abuse detection
FinancialCost and expenditure; budget vs. actual; claims financials; IBNR and reserves; revenue and capitation; provider payment; program integrity; financial forecasting

These are examples, and each image shows only part of a full dashboard. More dashboards, and the complete screens, can be seen in a demo for your organization. Every figure is sample data created by OHP for testing. No customer data is shown. The dashboards are ready to deploy. Select an image to enlarge it.

What your team sees on Monday morning

  • Which areas are deteriorating, before the quarter closes.
  • Which providers are statistical outliers, with the context to judge them.
  • Where dollars are being lost to inefficiency or improper payment.
  • What fraud and abuse patterns are emerging, while they are still small.

Why validated dashboards matter

Letting every user design their own dashboard sounds flexible. Without structure, validation, and clinical logic behind each measure, those dashboards can report inaccurate numbers. Ours are built around defined measures and reviewed logic, so two analysts looking at the same question see the same answer.

Component 2

EMR

Omnipresent is our own electronic medical record and billing system, which we have developed for more than ten years. The analytics are not a separate product bolted onto claims data. They sit beside the EMR, so clinical records and financial records can be analyzed together in one place.

Status. The EMR can be used today for analytics. It is not yet used to run a clinic, pending ONC certification, targeted for 2027.

  • Beyond billing codes. Clinical data can inform measures that claims alone only approximate.
  • One patient record. The design keeps one record per patient, viewable from any authorized facility, with exchange based on FHIR standards.
  • Set up by organization and facility. A corporate standard is copied to each facility and then adjusted, while corporate roll-ups stay in place.
  • Clinical documentation. The design includes structured progress notes, orders and results, care plans, and vital signs.
Component 3

Billing and claims scrubber

Patient accounting built to work in real time rather than in batches. When a procedure is documented as complete, the charge drops to the bill and the insurance and patient portions are recomputed.

The claims scrubber checks a claim before it goes to the insurer or third-party administrator. Billing teams can build their own edits, in most cases without additional programming. It can run as part of the billing system or on its own for an organization that already has a patient accounting system.

Status. Ready to deploy.

  • Managed care and insurance setup. Insurance companies, plans, and contract terms such as co-pays and approvals.
  • Standard code sets. CPT, HCPCS, diagnosis, DRG, and drug code tables, assigned by organization and facility.
  • Import from another billing system. A bill from an outside system can be recreated, scrubbed, corrected, and returned.
  • Reports that find root causes. Edits, denials, and aging reports help fix the process, not only the individual claim.
Component 4

Scheduling

Scheduling is designed to match the three things a visit actually needs: the room, the clinician, and the equipment. It also accounts for room turnaround time and for rooms taken out of service for maintenance, to cut avoidable delays.

Status. Ready to deploy.

  • Recurring and grouped visits. Book a whole plan of care, such as pregnancy or physical therapy, from a template.
  • Many visit types. Clinic visits, surgery, diagnostics, lab, therapy, infusion, home health visits, and inpatient rounds.
  • Utilization views. Clinicians and managers can see schedules and how resources are used.
  • Start the encounter from the schedule, so the visit flows into the record and the bill.
Component 5

Telemedicine

Virtual visits delivered as part of the same platform, so a telehealth visit is scheduled, documented, and billed in the same record as an in-person one.

Status. Ready once it is activated with a telecommunications carrier. Telehealth coverage and billing rules change often, and we confirm current rules before describing specific services.

Component 6

Supply chain

Our supply chain component, Supply Wizard, is a cloud-based marketplace and inventory system for hospitals, clinics, and surgery centers. A buyer searches all approved vendor catalogs at once and sees results ranked by cost per unit after discounts, rebates, shipping, and tax. It compares that price with what the organization has paid over the last 12 months and shows where savings are available.

Status. Ready to deploy.

  • Contract and group purchasing pricing applied automatically when you order.
  • Electronic purchase orders and receiving using standard X12 transactions, with a three-way match of order, receipt, and invoice.
  • Inventory control. Reorder points, barcode counts, and lot and expiry tracking.
  • Automatic accounting entries. Received supplies post to the general ledger by department.
  • Vendor tools. Vendors load catalogs and can see where their products fit what providers buy.

Ready for your data

Send us your data. We make it ready for you to use.

The product
The analytics suite is available now. The Omnipresent EMR can be used today for analytics, but not yet to run a clinic, pending ONC certification targeted for 2027. We are ready to take your data and make it ready for you to use.
Getting started
Tell us the question you want answered. We take your data and make it ready for you to use, with the right agreements in place first.
Independence
OHP does not operate a health plan, a hospital, or an insurance product, so we have no competing interest in what your data shows.

Security and data handling

We are HIPAA compliant. The environment where we load claims and clinical data is hosted on AWS using HIPAA-eligible services, and a business associate agreement with AWS is in place. Our team works with yours to decide how the data is provided securely.

AI-assisted features support analysts. They are not a substitute for clinical judgment and are not used for clinical decision-making.

Security and compliance. SOC 2, HITRUST, and ISO 27001 certification are being pursued. We will not ask for production patient data until the right agreements and safeguards are in place. Work can begin on de-identified or synthetic data.
