Healthcare analytics for health systems, insurers, and public payers
The same platform answers different questions depending on who is asking.

Health systems
Where are we running behind plan, and how much earlier could we have known? Budget vs. actual, revenue cycle, and forecasting.
See health system analytics → Sample data
Commercial insurers
Where is medical cost running ahead of plan, and which claims and providers deserve a closer look? Cost management and fraud detection.
See insurer analytics → Sample data
State and federal payers
Where are the recoverable costs, improper payments, and quality gaps in our programs? Cost management, fraud detection, and program integrity.
See public payer analytics →Built on a working EMR, not only claims
Many analytics products start and end with claims files. Our platform sits on top of Omnipresent, our own EMR and billing system, which we have developed for more than ten years. It can be used today for analytics. It is not yet used to run a clinic, pending ONC certification, targeted for 2027.
- Clinical detail feeds the analysis. Results, diagnoses, and care documentation can sit beside claims and payments instead of being inferred from billing codes.
- Measures built by people who run the system. We have designed and operated clinical and billing workflows, so the analytics reflect how care is documented and paid for.
- It gets richer over time. As more clinical data flows in, the same dashboards can answer deeper questions.
The data exists. The visibility does not.
Most organizations already hold the information they need. It sits in separate systems, arrives late, and is read after the cost has landed.
Siloed data
Claims, clinical, pharmacy, and lab data live in different systems, so no one sees the whole picture in time to intervene.
Reactive management
Without current analytics, trends surface as crises. Decisions follow the problem instead of anticipating it.
Improper payments
Fraud, waste, and billing outliers are hard to flag early when payment data is not examined in context.
Quality reporting burden
HEDIS and regulatory reporting stay manual and fragmented, pulling staff away from improving care.
How we get started
We start with the problems you want solved, prove the value in a defined 90-day plan, and then expand. Depending on your data, you can start seeing reports in 30 days.
- First conversation
Identify the problems to solve
We start with what you want to fix, such as budget variance, quality gaps, or improper payments, and agree on the measures that will show progress.
- Days 1 to 90
Build the 90-day plan
A 90-day plan covers the core items to implement and how we will evaluate the product together. Depending on your data, you can start seeing reports in 30 days. Business associate and data use agreements are in place before any protected health information is shared.
At the end: a written evaluation summary of what was delivered and what the results showed.
- After day 90
Continue and fully implement
If the evaluation meets your goals, the contract continues and we put the full set of dashboards and other tools in place, based on the data available.
- Ongoing
Monitor results
We track the results with you over time, so problems are found early and addressed. Ongoing monitoring and reporting is available as an optional service.
Thirty minutes. Your question, our dashboards.
We will walk you through the platform live and listen to what you are trying to find out.
